TBST 緩沖液是生物學中常使用的等滲緩沖鹽溶液，主要用于 Western Blot 實驗中洗去膜上非特異性結合 的抗體等試劑。由 Tris-HCl 構成穩定的 PH 緩沖體系，NaCl 提供等滲條件，Tween-20 作為去污劑可增加緩沖液 的洗脫能力。 本產品為 10×濃縮液，需要稀釋成1×工作液后使用，用后請及時擰緊瓶蓋，以防揮發。4℃保存可延長產品保質期，長期不 用建議低溫保存。若產品出現結晶析出，請置于 37℃水浴至完全溶解。
